K'(Prime) Technologies Inc. is a global imaging services company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, and wholly owned by Nanalysis Scientific Corp. (TSXV: NSCI, OTCQX: NSCIF, FRA: 1N1). K'(Prime) Technologies' capabilities encompass commercial security and airport imaging services, including X-ray and millimetre wave imaging.

In 2022, the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) awarded K'(Prime) Technologies a five-year, $160 million national contract to provide maintenance services for passenger screening equipment across Canadian airports. This expansion has enabled K'(Prime) Technologies to deliver airport imaging equipment maintenance services for CATSA at airports in all Canadian provinces and territories.

K'(Prime) Technologies' unique role in airport imaging equipment maintenance and repairs positions us to support other businesses with similar maintenance and service requirements, in particular for imaging equipment and innovative technology aimed at detecting emerging security threats. K'(Prime) Technologies is a distribution partner with leading manufacturers of innovative security and imaging solutions, including Hanwha Techwin America, Inaxsys, and CEIA. Most recently, K'(Prime) Technologies has partnered with Liberty Defense, a leading technology provider of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based next generation detection solutions for concealed weapons and threats, as its Canadian distributor for the Canadian aviation and urban markets. Liberty Defense's HEXWAVE™ system will strengthen K'(Prime) Technologies' aviation and urban security capabilities, especially in detecting emerging threats such as non-metallic explosives and 3D-printed ghost guns.

K'(Prime) Technologies is well-positioned to sell, service, and support imaging security solutions (X-ray, millimetre wave, and nuclear magnetic resonance or NMR) for various customers across Canada, including in corrections facilities, court houses, municipal buildings, ports, border security, as well as major social and sporting events.
